Job summary

ST VENTURE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is seeking a drafting professional with at least 3 years of experience in aluminium, construction or architectural fields. You will translate client requirements into detailed drawings, ensure compliance, and maintain rigorous document control.

You will update drawings per changes and may perform on-site measurements. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires independent work and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in Aluminium / Construction / Architectural environments.
• ITE / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Structural or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Must have experience in aluminium windows and doors.
• Strong accountability; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate customers' requirements into drawings for tender submissions and projects.
• Ensure drawings meet relevant codes and compliance requirements.
• Rectify and update drawings according to changes.
• Maintain good document control and up-to-date drafting lists.
• On-site measurement if required.

• Work closely with Technical Engineer to translate customers' requirements into detailed drawings for tender submission, projects, etc.


• Ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements


• Rectify and update latest drawings accordance to changes


• Maintain good document control - ensuring drafting list record is always up to date


• On site measurement if required

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experiences in Aluminium / Construction / Architectural or relevant industry


• ITE / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Structural / any other relevance qualification


• Proficient in AutoCAD


• Strong sense of accountability and ability to quickly prioritize tasks based on urgency in a fast paced environment


• Excellence analytical, communication, organizing and interpersonal skills


• Independent but also a team player


• MUST HAVE EXERIENCE IN ALUM WINDOWS AND DOORS FIELD.
