Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD based on designers’ concepts.
• Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details for interior works, including furniture, lighting, and signage.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and other consultants when required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations
• Revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or client feedback.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing as-built drawings.
• Support the project team with material schedules, detail drawings.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and project managers to ensure design intent is clearly communicated.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and familiar with SketchUp
• Minimum 1–3 years’ drafting experience in interior fit-out projects, especially retail or F&B.
