Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing AutoCAD and SketchUp drawings when required (minimal frequency)
- Assist in preparing quotations
- Update warehouse inventory lists
- Assist with incoming product cargo handling
- Attend trade exhibitions in the region when required
- Liaise with the installation supervisor and installer team for project site installations
- Attend and support mock-up demonstrations for product usage and functions
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by QS
- Assist in communication and coordination with overseas suppliers, mainly from Malaysia and China
- Maintain and update product catalogues, PowerPoint presentations, and pricing reference documents (“pricing bible”)
Requirements:
- Candidate who are willing to learn but without relevant working experience can apply.
- Min Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers)
- Must know AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within the region for exhibitions or project requirements
