Job Description
- Create duct family with Revit software
- Set up parameter and formula in Revit software
- Responsible to produce AUTOCAD/Revit drawings
- Prepare fabrication drawings and bill of quantities
- Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Collect measurements on site for the purpose of updating drawings (as required)
- Responsible for generation of site documents and drawing (as required)
- Compile of as-built drawing upon project completion
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Any other duties assigned
- At least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the production of duct layout drawings is required
- Ability to use current and existing AutoCAD software and Revit/Revit MEP to produce duct drawings
- Ability to understand duct structural and design drawings
- Ability to create, review and modify drawings based on the project’s requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft office software
