Job Description & Requirements

1. The Dormitory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a dormitory. To ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment for all the resident.

2. Supervision and Leadership to dormitory personnel and cleaners.

3. Guide and support and ensure they fulfill their roles effectively.

4. Serve as a point of contact for residents on issues related to housing and community standards.

5. Address resident concerns, conflicts, and emergencies promptly and appropriately.

6. Coordinate and facilitate resident meetings, programs, and activities to promote community building.

7. Ensures Safety and Security of residents by implementing and enforcing dormitory policies and procedures.

8. Respond to emergencies and incidents within the dormitory, coordinating with security and other relevant personnel as necessary.

9 Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address safety hazards.

10. Educate residents on community standards, rights, and responsibilities.

11. Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the dormitory.

12. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records related to resident occupancy, incidents, and programming.

• Manage dormitory budgets for needed item to be purchase.
