• Install various types and styles of doors, including interior and exterior
• Measure and prepare doorways for installation
• hang, adjust and secure door to ensure proper operation
• Perform routine and maintenance on doors and hardware
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure work complies with all building codes and safety regulations
• Experience working in both residential and commercial settings
• 3+ years of experience as Door Installer
• Ability to work efficiently and independently or as part of team
• Assign daily tasks to door installation teams
• Monitor and evaluate the work for installers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installations
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications
• Resolve issues related to improper installation or customer complaints
• Conduct regular site checks for safety and compliance
• Ensure tools and equipment and used safety and maintained properly
• Provide progress updates, reports and documentation for each job
• Communicate with clients to address expectations, timelines or changes
• Train and mentor junior installers, as needed
• Must be flexible with work hours. Overtime and weekend work including Sundays may be required based on project or site demands
