Our client, a renowned luxury retail brand, is seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join their dynamic team. If you have prior experience as a door host and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an elegant and refined retail environment.

  • Location: Central/Town Area
  • 6 Months Contract Role – 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours (Shift Work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and bid farewell to clients upon entering and leaving the store.
  • Serve refreshments to enhance the client's arrival experience.
  • Assess and respond to client needs efficiently to ensure smooth in-store traffic flow.
  • Provide attentive assistance to clients both within the store and in physical queues.
  • Communicate expected wait times clearly and address any client concerns.
  • Offer directions and maintain a strong understanding of the store layout and nearby landmarks.

Key Requirements:

  • Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly, polished, and professional presence.
  • Proactive in attending to client needs with grace and courtesy.
  • Open to working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
