Habitap Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Door Access & CCTV Installer/Technician to perform on-site installation, testing and commissioning of security systems including door access, CCTV, intercom, and smart home devices.
You will handle cabling, device installation, and system testing, work with project managers, maintain safety and housekeeping, and provide on-site technical support across various project sites. Candidates should have ITE/Nitec or Diploma in a related field and at least 2 years
Perform onsite installation, testing and commissioning of Door Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Smart Home and other security systems.
Carry out installation of data and power cabling, including cable pulling, termination, conduits, galvanized iron pipes and metal trunking.
Install and mount access control devices, CCTV cameras, door hardware and other related equipment according to project requirements and installation drawings.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting and rectification to ensure all installed systems are functioning properly.
Conduct routine maintenance, servicing and inspection of installed systems.
Assist with site surveys and identify installation requirements, including equipment locations, cabling routes and site conditions.
Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support project installation, integration, testing and commissioning.
Ensure all installation and site works are completed safely, professionally and according to project specifications and company standards.
Maintain proper housekeeping at work sites and ensure tools, equipment and materials are handled properly.
Provide onsite technical support and carry out other project-related duties as assigned.
ITE / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Door Access, CCTV, Intercom, Security Systems or related installation works.
Hands‑on experience in cabling, cable termination, equipment installation and system testing.
Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, hands‑on and willing to work at various project sites.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Class 3 / 3A driving licence will be an advantage.
