We are looking for a proactive Donor Stewardships & Partnerships Executive to join our Resource Development team at Singapore Red Cross.
This is a fundraising role - ideal for someone with a growth-driven mindset who enjoys engaging corporates, securing funds, and driving partnerships for local humanitarian work.
Strong performers will be considered for conversion to a permanent full-time position.
Job Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership and Donor Engagement:
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate donors, sponsors, and partners
Develop and pitch fundraising proposals and CSR programmes
Curate donor engagement initiatives (e.g. webinars, meet & greet, volunteering events)
Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors for long-term support
Manage end-to-end donor journey: acquisition → engagement → stewardship
Project Management and Coordination:
Execute fundraising campaigns and CSR events
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Comms, Ops) for campaigns
Track project budgets, deliverables, and timelines
Reporting & Data Management
Track, analyze, and report fundraising performance to evaluate success and impact
Prepare project reports, presentations, and donor updates for internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective donors and partners
Manage and update donor database to ensure accurate records and tracking
Generate regular performance reports and project status updates for management and key stakeholders
Volunteer and Event Support
Manage volunteer recruitment, maintenance, and coordination for corporate community events.
Additional Support:
Support the Head of Department/Reporting Officer in the development of new projects and provide assistances with any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, sales, partnerships, or business development
Experience in sales or events, especially within non-profit, humanitarian, or CSR contexts is an advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
Strong project management skills with proficiency in relevant tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of fundraising concepts and donor engagement strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track performance and improve results
Fast learner with adaptability to new environments and challenges
Passion for humanitarian work and supporting meaningful causes
