Domestic Air Freight Sales (Assistant Manager/Senior Manager)
    As a Senior Executive/AM/DM/Manager/Sr. Manager in Domestic Air Freight (D2D), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the customer base for domestic air freight services. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building strong relationships with customers. An ideal candidate for this role would possess experience in domestic air freight, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.Your key responsibilities will revolve around sales strategy and market expansion. You will be required to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets in the domestic air freight sector. Market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitors will also be a crucial part of your role.Client acquisition and relationship management are vital aspects of this position. You will need to identify, approach, and acquire new clients while managing relationships with existing customers. Generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and providing tailored air freight solutions to meet customer needs will be part of your daily tasks.Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring profitability targets are met, will be essential. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and addressing customer issues promptly are also key responsibilities.Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance metrics and revenue forecasts will be part of your routine. Providing feedback to management on service and product improvements based on client feedback and market demands is crucial for the growth of the business.Client retention and upselling are significant aspects of the role. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, implementing client retention strategies, and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services will be part of your responsibilities.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales within logistics, preferably in Domestic Air Freight (D2D).- Skills: Strong understanding of the domestic air freight industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Preferred Attributes:- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
