Primary functions: Sell merchandise, provide impeccable, efficient and friendly service to customers, and cooperate with fellow colleagues to ensure smooth operations in the sales area.

Job Description:

• Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Provide an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about product, DNA and serving the client in accordance with the DG client ceremony.
• Drive individual KPI goals, e.g. cross and up-selling of products, building relationships with the clients and discovering new opportunities with potential clients.
• Uphold highest grooming standards in accordance with the DG guidelines.
• Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store and maintain the visual display of the products.
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and service.
• Ensure security awareness through client approach and service.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Remain up to date on current trends.
• Be engaged in social networks.

Requirements:

• Passion for Luxury Retail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the retail field; luxury brands preferred.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality.
