Job description

Our client is a leading Logistics, Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain company based in Singapore, and is looking for a Documentations Clerk to support its operation.

Responsibilities:
  • To assist with permit declaration
  • Handle cargo documentation, invoices, and inwards shipment.
  • Handle customs clearance procedures related to cargo documentation.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities on cargo documentation clearance.
  • Monitor vessel arrival and departure.
  • Update and maintain shipment records.
  • Update clients on vessel activities and status of cargo clearance.
  • Update database on vessel arrivals, vessel departures, and cargo documentation.
  • Verify records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • To assist with other operations duties.
Job Requirements:
  • PSLE, GCE N or O Level can be accepted.
  • Able to write and speak good English.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Possess some knowledge in Air/Sea logistics will be an advantage.
  • Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails.
  • 5 days work (Mon-Fri 0900 to 1800 hours).
  • Residing at the east zone (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Hougang, and Sengkang).
