About The Role

A well-established trading company with global operations is looking for a Documentation Executive (Shipping Documents) to support its shipping and logistics processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys managing documentation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry for Sales & Purchase Orders
  • Handle and coordinate shipping schedules and related documents
  • Track and update stock and inventory records
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and assignments as required

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping documentation or similar
  • Hands-on experience in processing shipping documents and Letters of Credit (LC)
  • Highly meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willing to learn and adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work at a location near Jurong East MRT
