Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of working experiences in managing QMS system & document control, preferably in manufacturing or Semiconductor related industries.
• Skills in internal auditing and knowledge of industrial standards are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining quality management systems & managing document control processes.
• Track & ensure timely calibration/preventive maintenance of tools & equipment.
• Conduct internal audits.

Skills

Internal auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001

Knowledge in problem solving methodologies - 8D, 5WHY, FMEA

MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, ( 8am - 5.30pm )

Basic up $3500 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining quality management systems & managing document control processes.
• Assist to establish procedures/work instructions & distribution of documents.
• Track & ensure timely calibration/preventive maintenance of tools & equipment.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Ensure system readiness for both 3rd party certification body & customer audits.
• Conducts training for new hired on the Quality & RBA systems.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min.2 years of working experiences in managing QMS system & document control, preferably in manufacturing or Semiconductor related industries.
• Skills:
• Internal auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001
• Knowledge of Social, Environmental & Ethical industrial standards preferred
• Knowledge in problem solving methodologies - 8D, 5WHY, FMEA
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
