Job summary

A leading technology service provider in Singapore is seeking a DJI Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain DJI drones and accessories. The role involves providing technical support to customers and ensuring high satisfaction. Candidates should have a technical diploma in electronics or mechatronics, along with strong troubleshooting and soldering skills. This is a full-time position requiring some weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various DJI drones and accessories.
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and testing.
• Conduct pre- and post-repair inspections.
• Provide technical support and usage guidance to customers.
• Accurately document repair details and parts usage.
• Follow DJI service standards and assist with warranty claims.
• Support demo, training, and after-sales service activities as needed.

Job description

As a DJI Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining DJI drones and accessories. You will also provide technical support to customers to ensure proper usage and high satisfaction.

1. Diagnose and repair various DJI drones (e.g., Phantom, Mavic, Air, FPV, Mini series) and accessories

2. Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and testing

3. Conduct pre- and post-repair inspections to ensure proper functionality

4. Provide technical support and usage guidance to customers

5. Accurately document repair details and parts usage

6. Follow DJI service standards and assist with warranty claims

7. Support demo, training, and after-sales service activities as needed

8. Working Hours: 6-day work week (must be able to work on weekends)

9. Location: Vivocity, Singapore

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or certificate in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field

• Hands-on experience in drone or electronic repairs is a plus

• Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills

• Good communication and customer service attitude

• Able to work independently and collaborate with the retail team

• Comfortable using diagnostic tools and basic computer software
