An established industry player is seeking a Retail Promoter to drive sales and enhance customer engagement for innovative products. This role involves actively promoting products at various retail locations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring brand consistency across stores. The DJI Retail Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling DJI products at designated retail stores. The role involves engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through excellent customer service. The promoter will support multiple retailers on an alternate schedule to ensure maximum coverage and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Actively approach customers to introduce and promote DJI products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales conversion.
Provide professional recommendations based on customer needs.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products.
Provide troubleshooting assistance over calls, emails, or in-person.
Coordinate with service centers to ensure timely repairs or replacements.
Retail Support Across Multiple Stores:
Work on an alternate schedule to support three different retailers.
Ensure brand consistency and sales performance across assigned stores.
Adapt to different store environments and maintain strong relationships with retail staff.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Stay updated on DJI’s latest products and features.
Educate customers and retail staff on product usage and selling points.
Conduct mini-training sessions for retail teams when needed.
Stock & Merchandising Management:
Ensure product displays are neat, organized, and well-stocked.
Report stock levels and request replenishments as needed.
Maintain in-store branding consistency.
Sales Tracking & Reporting:
Track daily sales performance and customer feedback.
Provide reports on sales trends, customer inquiries, and competitor activity.
Suggest improvements to boost sales effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in electronics or technology sales is a plus.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and build relationships with customers and retail staff.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different store environments.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of DJI products, technology, and features is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on product knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift products for display purposes.
Flexibility to travel between different retail locations.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Availability:
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays as per the alternate schedule.
