Job description

The DJI Retail Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling DJI products at designated retail stores. This role involves engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through excellent customer service. The promoter will support multiple retailers based on an alternate schedule to ensure maximum coverage and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively approach customers to introduce and promote DJI products.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales conversion.
  • Provide professional recommendations based on customer needs.

Retail Support Across Multiple Stores

  • Work on an alternate schedule to support three different retailers.
  • Ensure brand consistency and sales performance across assigned stores.
  • Adapt to different store environments and maintain strong relationships with retail staff.

Product Knowledge & Training

  • Stay updated on DJI’s latest products and features.
  • Educate customers and retail staff on product usage and selling points.
  • Conduct mini-training sessions for retail teams when needed.

Stock & Merchandising Management

  • Ensure product displays are neat, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Report stock levels and request replenishments as needed.
  • Maintain in-store branding consistency.

Sales Tracking & Reporting

  • Track daily sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Provide reports on sales trends, customer inquiries, and competitor activity.
  • Suggest improvements to boost sales effectiveness.
