A leading company in the semiconductor industry seeks a Distributor/Customer Service Support professional in Singapore. In this role, you will manage distributor communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Manage daily communication and coordination with main distributors
Respond to distributor inquiries, quotations, order tracking, and documentation
Coordinate closely with internal teams and logistics to ensure timely execution of distributor orders
Maintain accurate and updated records related to distributor pricing and shipment schedules
Provide support for documentation and system submissions required by distributor partners
Build long-term working relationships with distributors
Diploma/Degree with at least 2–3 years of experience in distributor/customer service support
Experience in handling regional distributors is highly preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work beyond office hours when required
