• Monday - Friday ; 8.30am -5.30pm

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication and coordination with main distributors

• Respond to distributor inquiries, quotations, order tracking, and documentation

• Coordinate closely with internal teams and logistics to ensure timely execution of distributor orders

• Maintain accurate and updated records related to distributor pricing and shipment schedules

• Provide support for documentation and system submissions required by distributor partners

• Build long-term working relationships with distributors

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with at least 2–3 years of experience in distributor/customer service support

• Experience in handling regional distributors is highly preferred

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Willingness to work beyond office hours when required
