Kerry Consulting is seeking a Distributor Manager based in Singapore to manage its distributor network across Asia Pacific. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of distributor management experience, with food industry exposure as a plus.
Our client is a well-established international organisation expanding its regional commercial capabilities. They are seeking a Distributor Manager based in Singapore to manage their distributor network across Asia Pacific through strategic partner development and engagement.
You will manage the full distributor lifecycle across Asia Pacific, from identifying and onboarding new distributors to strengthening existing partnerships and driving long-term channel success. You will establish performance objectives, monitor distributor effectiveness and implement initiatives to improve capability and business outcomes. Working closely with in-country sales, marketing, operations and finance teams, you will coordinate partner enablement programmes, support product and commercial initiatives, and build trusted relationships with key distributor stakeholders. You will also analyse market trends, prepare channel performance reports and recommend strategies to expand the regional distributor ecosystem.
You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience managing distributors across multiple markets. Experience within the food industry is advantageous, although candidates from other sectors with strong distributor management expertise are encouraged to apply. You possess excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. You are commercially aware, proactive, independent and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
