Job Summary:

The successful incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners and channels to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth for the Singapore market. The incumbent should also work closely with external and internal stakeholders in driving Specifications and Sales activities effectively to achieve the sales target.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies to deliver sales goals and growth in line with the Company strategic view.

  • Lead and manage MWB-Specification with distributors/project partners to drive Specification as the first Battle dormakaba must win.

  • Manage CRM/Salesforce for MWB-Specification, projects follow-up to secure sales via project partners.

  • Plan and execute channel sales strategy that increases EBITDA through specification, product mix, price increase, and operation excellence implemented by the Operations & Execution team.

  • Take ownership in promoting and selling dormakaba products and services to achieve sales objectives.

  • Build strong channel partner engagement and expand network to increase our market and customer reach.

  • Manage Budget, Monthly Forecast – MPR, Internal & External Audits for full compliance.

  • Manage stocks & back orders and liaise with Sales Support & Procurement Team.

  • Lead and manage sales process including sales quotation, price negotiation, and AR collection.

  • Implement sales strategies via launching of new products and/or LPP to distributors & project partners.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders in proactively defining and driving sales activities which include identifying market opportunities and threats, monitoring competition activities, and executing commercial activities such as launching new products to the market successfully on a timely manner to add value to our customers’ business requirements.

  • Proactively respond to complaints from customers and provide solutions with the best combination of products, services, logistics, and support.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings.

  • Experienced level of selling, sales forecast, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the market and competitors. Anticipates possible developments at competitors and takes timely decisions to protect and/or strengthen the market position.

  • Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit to be able to drive new and creative initiatives for both recovery and growth initiatives.

  • High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.

  • Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/customers.

  • Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Sales driver, results-oriented, and a team player.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Engineering or equivalent to at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction and building environment.

  • Proven sales track record in Sales and Channel Management in the related industry.

  • Able to start work in July 2025 onwards.
