We are looking for a high-achieving, thorough, and experienced professional to fill our open insurance distribution process and performance lead role. Our ideal candidate is a motivated collaborator with a track record of success in the insurance industry and effectively manages a multifaceted team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement distribution processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective distribution of insurance products.
  • Manage the distribution team to ensure that distribution is done accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that distribution is handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor distribution trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that distribution is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide training and support to distribution staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to distribute insurance products effectively.
  • Ensure that distribution is done in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers.
  • Ensure that distribution data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder.
  • At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance distribution process and procedure.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements related to distribution management.
