As a Publisher Senior Associate in Singapore, you will be working independently on a variety of standard and bespoke materials for clients and prospects. Core responsibilities include the production Client Review Books, New Business Pitch Books and Monthly Reports. You will be required to collate data and leverage product and market knowledge to produce accurate material against a variety of deadlines. You would also need to collaborate with other internal teams such as Sales, Results, Investment Product Group, Marketing, Editors and Compliance to facilitate production of material.
Fulfills orders for presentation & pitch materials.
Bespoke layout and content often with tight deadlines
Edits and updates new data and content in presentation materials by gathering data from various industry-related online sources, proprietary systems and/or subject matter experts (SMEs).
Reviews materials for accuracy. Escalate inaccuracies to the appropriate department.
Proofreads another team member’s materials to comply with compliance and quality assurance standards set by the department manager.
Proactively liaises with other teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate collation and completion of material.
Leads and participates in cross group projects and become an SME for the team where appropriate.
Industralises and makes fit for purpose raw data excels and charts for mass market consumption.
Formats data, creates charts, and potentially suggests better design layouts for published content to be easily produced in multiple languages.
Collaborates with Marketing, Data teams, or the supporting Investment functions to translate raw data, charts, and research into practical and easy to use content.
Assists with department workflow.
Identify resources required to deliver both regular and ad-hoc publications on time and delegates activities to appropriate team members.
Monitor incoming presentation orders and queries in Workfront and Email.
Oversee complex scenarios regarding non-regular workload which includes timing and workload.
Identifies and recommends material production process improvements.
Documents and proactively reviews the material production process to identify potential ways to streamline processes.
Recommend process enhancements to the manager.
Maintains and applies knowledge of the presentation material and regulations to ensure they are compliant.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of presentation materials and data resources through interactions with various SMEs.
Stays abreast of industry concepts and regulations.
Applies knowledge of the content approval process and industry standards in routing the document for internal review and approval, updating the document, and filing the final document
Performs additional responsibilities voluntarily and/or assigned.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
