WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support Distribution targets and initiatives and oversee and influence a group of Agency Sales Managers or Directors
• Achieve Distribution Production & Recruitment Targets
• Develop and Support Distribution Targets and Initiatives
• Develop and recommend appropriate initiatives to drive and achieve sales targets, business plan, and various project KPIs.
• Connect and influence key group of Sales Directors/Managers

WHO YOU ARE

• Must have M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI CMFAS papers
• Good BSC grading
• Clean compliance record with no complaints
• Prior experience engaging and managing agency team or agency managers
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Finance Industry, with at least 1 year in sales
• A good understanding of the FA market, product knowledge, and good analytical skills will be advantageous
