Job summary

Qualifications

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 0–5 years PQE.
• Strong interest or experience in Singapore Court litigation, arbitration and/or mediation.
• Demonstrated ability in legal research, analysis, drafting, advocacy, commercial awareness and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on Singapore statutes, case law and arbitration rules.
• Draft pleadings, statements of claim, witness statements and arbitration submissions.
• Attend court hearings, arbitration hearings and mediation sessions, often alongside senior counsel.
• Advise clients on procedural strategy, settlement options and risk assessment.
