What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure safe, punctual, and efficient operations of all JBJH/JBJS flights
  • Coordinate worldwide trip planning and ground handling for the fleet
  • Create flight plans using systems such as Avianas
  • Plan and supervise aircraft operations schedules, collaborating with maintenance teams
  • Monitor flights in progress and update crews and stakeholders on any changes
  • Perform safety evaluations including weather, NOTAMs, runway and airport restrictions, weight, fuel, and mechanical performance
  • Organize crew rotations and ensure compliance with duty time limits
  • Participate in the Safety Management System
  • Ensure security measures for aircraft, passengers, and baggage
  • Coordinate responses to security irregularities with relevant authorities
  • Communicate with aviation authorities regarding overflight and landing permissions
  • Arrange ground handling, refueling, and crew travel bookings
  • Provide clear crew briefings both verbally and in writing
  • Ensure accurate processing of all pre-and post-flight documentation
  • Make operational decisions in the best interest of JBJH/JBJS
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by the Director of Ground Operations

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Diploma or above in Aviation or relevant disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Aviation industry, preferably business aviation
  • Experience in operational control/flight dispatch experience is preferred.
