Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $2500 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
• Location: Tai Seng

Job Scope:

• Efficiently dispatch and retrieve office documents and items to/from various locations such as banks, customers, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery
• Strategize and select optimal routes for delivery to guarantee prompt dispatch
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations for personal safety and legal compliance
• Maintain and repair the motor vehicle regularly to minimize downtime incidents
• Communicate promptly regarding any delays, accidents, or other traffic-related issues
• Contribute to other operational or office tasks when not actively involved in deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications: GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of the area's roads and neighborhoods
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good sense of responsibility to complete tasks assigned and on time
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety protocols
• Must be resourceful
