We are seeking a Dispatch Clerk to join our team!

  1. Collect mail/documents from Post Officers, directors’ offices, travel agents, customers, government offices, banks, lawyers, auditors, the Stock Exchange of Singapore, and other collection points as required.
  2. Sort and distribute all incoming mail collected from the Post Office, placing them in the designated "pigeon holes" located at B1 of Valley Wing.
  3. Personally deliver all documents collected by hand to the addressee or concerned department and obtain receipt acknowledgment.
  4. Ensure all outgoing mail to be dispatched by post is correctly franked, recorded if necessary, and delivered to the Post Office.
  5. Record, deliver, and obtain receipt acknowledgment for all "hand-delivered" documents.
  6. Ensure that all mail and documents marked "urgent" or "important" are delivered promptly without undue delay.
