Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashing machines per established procedures.
• Load, unload, sort, clean, and sanitise catering equipment, trays, cutlery, utensils, and containers.
• Inspect cleaned equipment to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.
• Remove food waste and maintain proper separation of dirty and clean equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults, breakdowns, or safety issues.
• Follow workplace safety, food hygiene, and sanitation requirements at all times.
• Perform routine housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and basic maintenance checks.
• Support daily operational targets and ensure clean equipment.
• Coordinate with operational teams to maintain smooth workflow and perform other duties as assigned.

Dishwashing Machine Operator

Salary: SGD $3,600 - $4,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Multiple work locations across Singapore
