ONLEE CAFE PTE. LTD. is hiring a reliable Dishwasher to join our busy kitchen team in Singapore. You will clean and sanitize dishes, operate dishwashing equipment, and help maintain an organized, hygienic work area. This role supports chefs and service staff during daily operations and requires physical stamina and teamwork.

The position offers a fast-paced work environment with weekend shifts, staff meals, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen environment preferred
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Able to lift and carry kitchen items safely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean and sanitize plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans
• Operate commercial dishwasher machines safely and correctly
• Hand-wash items that require special care
• Sort and return clean dishes to designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and sinks
• Dispose of waste properly according to procedures
• Ensure supplies of detergent, sanitizer and cleaning materials
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and support duties as required
• Follow food-safety and safety procedures at all times
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues
• Assist with kitchen cleaning at end of shift
• Maintain a positive attitude with chefs and service staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
