Job description

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant's bathroom facilities to ensure a sanitary environment for all guests and staff.
• To clear and wipe tables, wash dishes at Return Trays area into the dish washer, sweep and mop the floor and help in other miscellaneous duties required.
• Wash dishes promptly and thoroughly, ensuring they are ready for use in a timely manner.
• Keep kitchen utensils organized, neat, and readily available for the kitchen staff to use.
• Regularly check and monitor the stock of cleaning supplies, reporting shortages as necessary to management.
• Ensure the dishwashing area is clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standard of hygiene and order.
• Sort and organize clean dishes, pots, and utensils for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Ensure kitchen and bathroom areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste from kitchen and dining areas regularly.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.

Details

Full-time / Part-time (afternoon till late evening timing). Only Singapore and PR. CPF contribution required.
