Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.

• Manage waste disposal in line with hygiene standards.
• Assist with receiving deliveries of supplies and ingredients.
• Provide general support to kitchen staff (e.g., basic prep tasks).
• Adhere to HACCP and food hygiene standards.

Monthly Salary: UP to $2,400 (commensurate with experience)

Working Address: Orchard

Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (weekends and public holidays as per shift)

Shift-based, 44 hours per week (Split shift / First half / Second half)

Our client is seeking a Dishwasher to support smooth kitchen operations.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness of dishware, utensils, and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and the kitchen team.

No prior experience is required—an excellent entry point into the F&A industry, with opportunities to progress into kitchen roles.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment

• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and well-organized

• Manage waste disposal in line with hygiene standards

• Assist with receiving deliveries of supplies and ingredients

• Provide general support to kitchen staff (e.g., basic prep tasks)

• Adhere to HACCP and food hygiene standards

Note: This role involves prolonged periods of standing and physical tasks such as carrying dishware and equipment.
