Support the Product Owner & team with activities required for reducing risk and maintaining a low-risk environment related to Privacy, Data Quality, Record Keeping, and Data Sovereignty. These activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Successful and timely delivery of Risk Treatment Plans (RTPs) / Remediations
  • Implementation of Standards in BAU
  • Execution and maintenance of controls / frameworks for compliance with Standards and regulations
  • Collaboration with Central Data Office (CDO) and Data Shield Programme (DSP) to roll out enablers for risk reduction and Standards implementation
Key Responsibilities

This role supports the Product Owner and Data Risk Squad in enabling Client Coverage and Financial Markets to comply with Data Management Standards and regulations.

Business
  • Develop understanding of current data, processes, and systems for CIB CC and FM
  • Drive completion of milestones in accordance with data risk objectives
  • Perform Data Discovery exercises and complete artefacts
  • Conduct Gap Analysis against Data Standards
  • Coordinate reviews with stakeholders
  • Lead Business Impact Assessments
  • Design Target Operating Models conforming to Data Standards
  • Deliver Change Management outcomes
  • Engage with senior stakeholders effectively
  • Build strong relationships with programme and business counterparts
  • Manage Business Analysts to ensure timely and quality deliverables
Processes
  • Scope limited to CIB CC and FM processes
  • Guide squads in an Agile environment
  • Lead requirement delivery, testing, training, and implementation
  • Ensure delivery consistency and standards compliance
  • Set KPIs and Metrics
  • Manage risks proactively
  • Support design and implementation of Target Operating Model
  • Validate post-deployment success
  • Stay updated on vendor platforms and suggest improvements

  • 10+ years in Business Transformation, Process/Tech improvement, or consulting in Financial Institutions
