Position Responsibilities:

Investment and Asset Management:

  • Lead and manage real estate investments and asset management activities in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore.
  • Oversee the execution of value enhancement initiatives for existing investments in SEA, including projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities to meet the demand from both GA and third-party investors.

Support Credit Fund:

  • Collaborate with our partners e to support the launch and management of the Credit Fund.
  • Leverage and enhance the existing team’s experience in real estate credit.

Portfolio Management and Product Development:

  • Assist in portfolio management and product development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input and support for expanding our product offerings in the APAC real estate market.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of10 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record in managing real estate portfolios and executing value enhancement strategies.
  • Experience with real estate credit and fund management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a regional team environment and manage multiple priorities.
