About our client

Our client is a global private equity buyout fund. They are currently looking to add an investment director to their growing Singapore-based investment team. The team has an excellent track record focusing on mid to large cap buyout transactions across sectors and has already made several successful acquisitions and exits. They are well-funded, with a fantastic reputation in the market.

What the job involves

• Expertise in the execution of full life cycle private equity investments, from sourcing and evaluating deals, to structuring and execution, ongoing supervision of business operations, and exit.
• Completely capable of reviewing, analysing, and assessing potential deals and presenting to the general partners.
• Lead, guide and train junior members of the team.
• Hands on portfolio management.

Who we are looking for

• Significant private equity buyout experience in the APAC region having clearly been through the entire deal cycle end to end at a top-tier fund.
• You must have worked as the deal captain on numerous transactions.
• Superior analytical and technical capability.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Top academic records.
• You should have started your career at a bulge bracket investment bank.
