Job summary

NTU is seeking a Senior space planning leader to govern the university's campus space portfolio, develop data-driven planning capabilities, and enable evidence-based decisions. The role will drive forecasting, capacity planning, and capital investment alignment with institutional priorities.

The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, establish data standards, and deliver dashboards and analytics to support long-term campus development and resource optimisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years in strategic space planning or real estate portfolio management, within a large organisation.
• Experience with space demand forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modelling.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic space planning, allocation, utilisation, and optimisation across campus portfolios.
• Develop space information framework with inventory, occupancy and planning parameters.
• Forecast space demand and perform portfolio analysis for capital investment.
• Drive digital space planning capabilities and analytics dashboards.
• Establish data governance, standards, and reporting across the University.
• Provide recommendations on space allocation and long-term campus development.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop KPIs and management reports on space performance and utilisation.
