Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Senior Manager/ Director, Integrated Business Planning. You play a critical role in aligning demand, supply, and financial planning to drive business performance. This role oversees both the Demand Planning and Supply Planning Leads, ensuring seamless coordination across forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management. You will also lead the development of an inventory strategy that balances availability, cost, and efficiency to support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges strategic vision with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Integrated Business Planning Leadership

• Oversee the full Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Demand, Supply, Commercial and Finance.

• Ensure monthly planning cycles (S&OP, supply reviews, executive IBP meetings) result in clear decisions, accountability, and alignment.

• Translate business goals into actionable planning priorities across the organization.

Team Leadership

• Manage, coach, and develop the Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams.

• Build capability frameworks, define role clarity, and establish planning career paths for team.

• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Demand & S&OP Oversight

• Ensure the Demand Planning team delivers robust, data-driven forecasts that reflect commercial input and market trends.

• Maintain a structured monthly cadence, with clear pre-S&OP and executive S&OP steps, to ensure cross-functional alignment and decision-making discipline.

• Ensure forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities are clearly documented and understood cross-functionally.

Supply Planning Oversight

• Guide the Supply Planning team in translating demand plans into feasible production, inventory, and distribution plans.

• Monitor supply planning KPIs including service level, capacity utilization, inventory health, and supply reliability.

• Lead the development of a proactive inventory management strategy that ensures product availability while optimizing working capital and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with International Markets, Finance, Marketing and Product Innovation teams to ensure planning is aligned with business objectives.

• Act as a key escalation point for demand/supply gaps, trade-off decisions, and scenario planning.

• Partner Finance to connect operational planning with financial forecasting and budgeting.

Your Ingredients

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or IBP; including at least 3 years in a people management role.

• Hands-on experience with S&OP/IBP in a multi-functional business environment.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead through change.

• Industry experience in Franchise, CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail will be an added advantage.
