A global corporate services firm based in Singapore, which specialises in supporting the full life cycle of businesses with a comprehensive suite of solutions. The firm is seeking talented professionals to join the team as Director/Senior Manager: Accounting /Tax.

Your new role

Accounting Role:

• Oversee and support the delivery of accounting, payroll, and advisory services to international clients.
• Ensure financial reports are prepared in line with Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Take charge of the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Identify compliance issues and collaborate with relevant teams to address them.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as their "Trusted Business Advisor."

Tax Role:

• Manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance with Singapore tax guidelines.
• Provide expert tax advisory services and mitigate risks in client engagements.
• Lead tax planning initiatives and corporate tax filings, while interpreting and monitoring local and international tax regulations.
• Mentor the tax team and oversee the delivery of tax services to multinational clients.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
• Support business development opportunities by identifying cross-functional synergies.
• Build strong internal and external networks to enhance collaboration and client satisfaction.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by senior leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications preferred (e.g., CPA, SCTP).
• For Accounting Role: Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience in accounting/outsourcing/audit environments.
• For Tax Role: Minimum 8 -12 years of related experience in tax compliance and advisory, preferably from a professional services firm.
• Strong technical expertise in Singapore regulations and international standards, with advanced proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, XERO, SAP).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Highly motivated team player with strong organizational and analytical skills, seeking career development and growth opportunities.
