Job description

Responsible for managing the company's overseas treasury center; handling fund settlements; preparing and executing funding plans and conducting data analysis to assist the Vice President of Finance in making accurate decisions; assisting in setting departmental AOP (Annual Operating Plan) goals and establishing performance evaluation metrics; providing funding support and management for various special projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the daily fund settlement operations of the Singapore FTC and the management of the overseas cash pool.
  • Preparing and analyzing the funding plans for enterprises under the FTC, based on the company’s annual business objectives and capital expenditure budget, and submitting them to the corporate finance department for approval and execution.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the subsidiaries under management to prepare company funding budgets and plans, leading the team to complete them in a timely and accurate manner, and managing their execution to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Based on the FTC's budget planning, propose external financing solutions and submit recommendations to the corporate finance department.
  • Collaborate with overseas financial institutions and the corporate finance department’s investment and financing team to explore ways to control funding costs and innovate financial operations, effectively reducing capital costs.
  • Revise and improve FTC's treasury operation management policies and process standards in a timely manner, based on the laws and regulations of different countries and the company’s business management requirements, to ensure standardized treasury operations.
  • Responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of foreign exchange transaction management policies and process standards in the entities under management.
  • Collaborate with various company teams to build a systematic overseas treasury infrastructure.
  • Consolidate and prepare the company’s required annual (quarterly) treasury operation budget and funding plans; collect and review monthly cash flow and foreign exchange plans from managed entities; conduct data analysis on treasury operations as required by senior management and produce treasury analysis reports with practical recommendations.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Required Experience and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of Finance and accounting experience.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting, taxation laws, treasury operations, budget planning, financial analysis, foreign exchange transactions and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g BI, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
