The Security Solution Sales - Asia role is a senior position responsible for accelerating the growth of the Security solution area across the Asia region, including Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, Greater China, India, Japan, and Korea.

  1. Work with security sales teams and partners to increase security revenue and capture market share from competitors.
  2. Collaborate with GPS to develop a strong security partner ecosystem capable of competing effectively.
  3. Drive joint territory planning and co-sell with key partners, establishing a consistent ROB cadence with GPS.
  4. Work with Security SE&O to enable sellers and enhance brand awareness for Microsoft Security among customers and partners.
  5. Ensure solution area performance by implementing T-13M sales execution rigor to maintain a healthy pipeline, security revenue, partner performance, and IAP metrics.
  6. Coach managers and sellers to develop strong security specialization.
  7. Jointly develop and oversee Area Correction of Error plans.
  8. Provide sales and technical expertise, serving as thought leaders to connect solutions with business impact.
Qualifications (Text Only)

We seek candidates with a background in SMC and Digital Sales, focused on empowering customers through the Microsoft cloud. The role involves supporting a dedicated set of customers, identifying and achieving business objectives via digital engagement and partner co-selling, and working collaboratively within our cultural priorities: Diversity and Inclusivity, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Learning.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience (e.g., strategic account management, consulting, technology sales, etc.) OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Security Solutions is required.
  • 12+ years of technology-related sales or experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in IT with 10+ years OR Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years in solution or services sales.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and execution skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through innovative methods and gain market share.
  • Influence and present effectively to decision-makers.
  • Technical proficiency in security, hybrid infrastructures, and industry standards preferred.
  • Certifications such as SC-900 and AZ-900 (or in progress within 3 months).
  • A high achiever with leadership skills in sales, partner management, and influence.
