The location for this full-time position is in NCR.About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to establish and expand our Revenue Strategy & Operations function. In this hands-on and impactful role, you will oversee business strategy, systems design, and go-to-market execution. Your responsibilities will involve architecting the entire revenue operations ecosystem to drive scalable growth, going beyond just CRM dashboard optimization.This is a unique opportunity to spearhead and manage a fully-fledged RevOps function, supported by executives, allowing you ample ownership and freedom to innovate.What You'll Do1. Build & Define the RevOps Function- Develop foundational frameworks, processes, and tools for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations- Establish key revenue metrics, enhance funnel visibility, and ensure alignment across GTM teams- Create scalable playbooks and workflows to enhance conversion rates, retention, and overall GTM performance2. Lead Strategy, Execution, and Delivery- Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance tracking throughout the customer lifecycle- Act as an internal expert and external-facing advisor on RevOps best practices- Drive cross-functional initiatives such as territory planning, account segmentation, and lifecycle optimization3. Build & Lead a High-Performing Team- Recruit, mentor, and expand a team of revenue analysts, systems architects, and operations specialists- Implement operating cadences, SLAs, and quality controls for impactful delivery- Cultivate a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement4. Drive Innovation in RevOps- Establish a Revenue Operations Innovation Hub for testing AI tools, automation workflows, and next-gen platforms- Evaluate and optimize the RevOps tech stack to enable scalable growth- Provide internal training on emerging technologies, methodologies, and tools5. Own the Business Outcome- Take complete responsibility for the revenue, profitability, and growth of the RevOps service lines- Develop service offerings that align with changing client requirements- Regularly report on financial health, delivery KPIs, customer success, and strategic impactWhat You Bring- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or consulting environment- Proven track record in building and leading a RevOps team or services practice from scratch- Deep technical knowledge of RevOps ecosystem tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Looker/Tableau, CPQ systems, and automation platforms- Ability to translate GTM strategy into operational plans effectively- Strong financial acumen, including managing P&Ls and service profitability- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills- A systems-first mindset with a talent for bringing clarity to complex situationsBonus: Experience in service packaging or launching new revenue service lines,
