- The role would be suited to a candidate with proven experience in extracting enterprise level data to deliver deep data driven actionable insights on time for both batch and real-time use cases, including sales & marketing offers, product analytics across all retail & wealth products, customer analysis including to drive business KPI's
- Customer Acquisition/X-sell/Engagement
- Customer Behavioural modelling
- Customer and product profitability
- Campaign performance measurement and optimization
- Proven track record with one or more analytics technology stacks as well as familiarity with a broad range of solutions for data ingestion, data transformation, data visualization and advanced analytics (AI/ML).
Key Responsibilities
- Be the internal consultant to business for strategic decisioning requiring data analytics by participating in various forums / squads for exchange of ideas / business priorities / presenting self-initiated product deep dives in these discussions.
- Manage adhoc management analytics-related requests and delivery of the same within the required timelines.
- Perform deep dive data analytics using AI/ML techniques to drive business effectiveness and overall financial performance KPI’s.

- Minimum 10+ years working experience in Data, Analytics and CRM in the financial/banking sector.

Role Specific Technical Competencies
- Strong experience in process and analysis of large amounts of data by using SQL, SAS, Python.
- Data Management & Storage: Teradata DWH, Hadoop Enterprise Data Platform (Cloudera).
- Data Visualization: MicroStrategy (MSTR) preferred, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI.
- Statistical/Data Science Tools: Dataiku, Python, Databricks, Jupyter Notebook.
- Digital Analytics: Adobe Analytics and exposure to MarTech Digital tools like Pega CDH platform, Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEM) and Adobe Real Time CDP Platform.
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, accounting.
