Director, Regional Product Portfolio, Services

Overview:

Region: APAC

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Product Marketing Director to align and lead the adaptation and execution of global marketing strategies for our Services portfolio targeting key markets and audiences. Reporting to the Global Vice President, this role is crucial in defining, executing, and managing the regional B2B priorities for our key sub-capabilities and use cases across B2B Services offers. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the portfolio’s value propositions resonate with target audiences and support business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of buying audiences, customer problems, solution go-to-market lifecycle, competitive positioning, and market trends, along with experience in developing tailored marketing strategies for diverse customer segments at the regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and manage the regional product portfolio marketing strategy aligned with global objectives to meet business goals.
    • Customize messaging and value propositions to reflect regional nuances, differentiating use cases, customer proof, case studies, and market insights.
    • Lead regional execution of global product launches and contribute to planning with market-specific tactics.
    • Partner with marketing teams to translate product features into customer-centric messaging and execute regional campaigns.
    • Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using data and analytics.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage key innovations and align on priorities that drive revenue growth.
    • Shape regional strategies and support global go-to-market efforts.
    • Work with Field, Partner, and Customer Marketing teams to execute integrated market activities.
    • Coordinate with other marketing functions to implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
    • Manage priorities, resources, and timelines efficiently.
  3. Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct competitive and customer research to stay aligned with market trends.
    • Generate insights to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to global teams.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach:
    • Drive customer success and revenue by tracking KPIs and market adoption.
    • Develop persona-based messaging and campaigns to ensure market activation and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in product and/or portfolio marketing, preferably in B2B.
  • Experience working in a heavily matrixed, global, and regional environment.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technologies into customer-centric language.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing growth-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, and regional marketing teams.
