A leading European bank with a strong global presence and a strategic footprint in Asia is looking to appoint aDirector – Regional Corporate Bankingbased in Singapore. This is a senior front-office role focused on driving revenue and managing a high-quality portfolio oflarge corporate clientsacrossAustralia, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and India.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven banker with hands-on execution capability, strong product knowledge, and a passion for growing business in partnership with an experienced regional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio oflarge regional corporatesacross general industries
- Originate new client relationships while deepening existing ones throughstrategic cross-sellof banking solutions
- Deliver tailored financing solutions includingbilateral loans, trade finance, structured and syndicated finance, and LBOs
- Act as the key contact forC-suite executives, building trusted advisory relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product partners across trade, treasury, syndications, and risk
- Provide market insights and develop go-to-market strategies for the region in alignment with global objectives
Ideal Profile:
- 10–15 years of experience incorporate banking / large corporate client coverage
- Strong track record managingregional large corporates, with exposure toAustralia, SEA, India, or Singapore
- Deep product expertise intrade finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and treasury solutions
- Demonstrated success inrevenue growth,cross-border deal execution, andwallet share expansion
- Confident in engagingC-level stakeholders, with excellent internal stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion to grow the business collaboratively with the team
