Director, Regional B2B Product Portfolio Marketing, Services

Overview:

Region: APAC

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Product Marketing Director to lead the adaptation and execution of global marketing strategies for our Services portfolio tailored to the region's target audiences and key markets. Reporting to the Global Vice President, this role is essential in defining, executing, and managing regional B2B priorities across key sub-capabilities and use cases within our Services offerings. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the portfolio’s value propositions resonate with target audiences and foster business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of buying audiences, customer challenges, solution go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and market trends, along with experience in developing region-specific marketing strategies for diverse customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy and Execution:

  • Drive and manage the regional product portfolio marketing strategy aligned with global teams to meet business objectives, ensuring effective lifecycle execution.
  • Apply regional insights to tailor Service solutions messaging and value propositions, highlighting differentiators, customer proof points, and market insights relevant to the region.
  • Lead regional execution of global product launches and contribute to global launch planning with market-specific tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate product features into customer-centric messaging and execute regional campaigns.
  • Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using data analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work with global and regional teams to leverage key innovations, ensuring stakeholder alignment on priorities that drive revenue.
  • Shape regional strategies and execute global go-to-market efforts effectively.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure alignment and visibility on launch and ongoing business plans.
  • Collaborate with Field, Partner, and Customer Marketing teams to implement integrated marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with other marketing functions to execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage competing priorities and resources efficiently.

Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive and customer research to stay aligned with regional market trends.
  • Generate insights to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to global teams.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Drive customer success and revenue by tracking market adoption and KPIs.
  • Develop persona-based messaging and campaigns to ensure market activation and solution adoption, fueling business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product or portfolio marketing, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global-region structure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Proven success in developing strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales and product teams.
  • Data-driven with strategic insight capabilities.
  • Passionate about product marketing and solution adoption at regional and market levels.
