Opportunity Statement:
As part of the Professional Services management team, you are in charge of overseeing the implementation of Ivalua’s solution for a portfolio of major projects. In this role you will work with implementation specialists, implementation leads and engineers. This is an opportunity to start the practice in Singapore and build a team of 4-8 team members. You are accountable for the successful project execution, the customer satisfaction and the partner support. You are also contributing to the implementation of the project by bringing your functional and technical expertise. This role requires travel mainly in the SEA, ANZ and occasionally to other countries.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
