Director, Product Management, Security & Cyber Intelligence

Overview:

Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for innovation, development, and management of our world-class products and services to address evolving risk and security needs. It leads a multi-product commercialization initiative for all Mastercard’s global customers.

As part of this organization, the Director, Product Management, Security & Cyber Intelligence will develop and manage cyber security-related products and services within their region, serving stakeholders including consumers, issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants.

This role involves collaboration with internal, external, private, and public sector parties to understand needs and deliver solutions.

The cybersecurity industry is rapidly expanding, growing in response to diverse and costly global threats. Many organizations find cybersecurity inaccessible and expensive. Our goal in C&I is to provide accessible and affordable cybersecurity solutions.

What we are looking for:

Mastercard seeks a motivated individual to help create a proactive cybersecurity approach for our customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the assigned Cyber & Intelligence Solutions product suite in the region, including P&L, KPIs, and go-to-market strategy.
  2. Serve as the regional liaison with the global team in the USA.
  3. Research security trends and threats across sectors and drive global product management changes.
  4. Create a regional cybersecurity capability gap analysis focusing on key stakeholders.
  5. Develop and implement security product go-to-market strategies.
  6. Coordinate with other regions and sales teams for consistency.
  7. Develop security information sharing solutions with cross-functional teams.
  8. Oversee regional product revenue performance.
  9. Negotiate business models, partnerships, and transactions.
  10. Evaluate and improve product business cases for viability and financial soundness.
  11. Manage cross-functional teams, set goals, and develop employees.

All About You:

  • Strong technical understanding of Mastercard and other cyber solutions, including synergies and benefits.
  • Knowledge of the card fraud lifecycle and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience presenting to senior audiences and simplifying complex topics.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technology-related field required; MBA preferred.
