Role Summary:
The Director - People and Culture will be a strategic yet execution-focused, hands-on leader responsible for initiatives that strengthen our culture and values-driven approach. This role will drive:
- Strengthening talent acquisition through structured, timely, and high-quality hiring
- Building workforce capability via competency mapping, job analysis, and targeted upskilling
- Enhancing automation in people processes for efficiency and data-driven decision-making

This role reports to the Chief People Officer and supervises two direct reports: Manager People and Culture, and L&D Specialist.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning (50%)
- Drive scalable hiring strategies aligned with our culture and values
- Optimize the end-to-end hiring process to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality
- Collaborate on employer branding to attract values-driven professionals
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Learning and Development, Competency Mapping, and Upskilling (30%)
- Lead competency mapping and job analysis to set clear role expectations
- Design L&D programs that reinforce skills and company values
- Drive leadership development initiatives to nurture future leaders
- Evaluate learning effectiveness to ensure tangible workforce improvements
- Enhancing People and Culture Automation (20%)
- Optimize existing automation systems for intuitiveness and people-centricity
- Leverage analytics to improve hiring, learning, and workforce planning
- Enhance self-service platforms for seamless learning and performance tracking
Requirements:
- 14-18 years of experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and process optimization
- Proven expertise in scaling hiring frameworks and workforce planning
- Experience in competency mapping and skill development programs
- Proficiency in automation and analytics for talent management
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
