What this job involves?

Are you a Manager that has extensive experience managing and leading a team of high-quality team delivering excellent engineering services for our clients? Are you a great team player, with high standards and an embedded Health and Safety-first mindset?

You will lead a team of professionals to work safely and deliver specific targeted engineering services for our JLL and non JLL client accounts. Good relationship building skills are key and the ability of strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Singapore's MES Annuity Business for AMC, FS, FMOD.
2. Oversee budget control and pricing for services delivered by the mobile engineering services team.
3. Lead the team in forecasting and P&L management with additional finance support.
4. Support and create new business solutions within the mobile engineering services team to grow the business for Thailand.
5. Promote teamwork and a culture that upholds the ‘I am JLL’ core behaviors.
6. Motivate the team and ensure trust and work ethics prevail among members.

Qualifications

Do you have fifteen years or more experience of managing a team in a service industry business? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. You’ll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who’s a mentor and team player able to develop your team to meet the goals and expectations of our clients.
