Director, Operations Mobile Technical Services

What does this job involve?

Are you a manager with extensive experience leading a team that delivers excellent engineering services to clients?

Are you a great team player with high standards and a health and safety-first mindset?

You will lead a team of professionals to work safely and deliver targeted engineering services for our JLL and non-JLL client accounts. Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication are essential.

The key responsibility is to manage Singapore's MES Annuity Business for AMC, FS, and FMOD.

Managing budget and contracts

This role requires awareness of budget control and service pricing. You will lead the team in this area with additional finance support for forecasting and P&L management. Experience in developing new business solutions within a mobile engineering services team to grow the business in Thailand is also important.

Promoting teamwork
