Director, Online Marketing & Product Development / Innovation
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online engagement, drive direct bookings, and enhance brand presence across web, social media, and mobile channels.
- Develop and accelerate the growth of online sales and servicing.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development cycle, from market research and concept design to launch, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Operations, to align digital campaigns and product initiatives with business goals.
- Lead website and e-commerce enhancements to improve user experience, conversion rates, and integration with CRM systems.
- Analyse customer data and market trends to identify new opportunities for products, packages, or online offerings that differentiate brand.
- Lead and manage the online Sales and Marketing Team.
- Establish KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for the CEO and senior management, recommending data-driven improvements.
Ideally,
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business/Digital Media or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or product development with demonstrated success in taking offline products and services online.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media marketing, Google Analytics, paid UX/UI best practices, and online marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Innovative mindset with a keen eye for emerging digital trends and technologies.
